Har Sinai wine is made using an ancient freezing technique combined with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments. The wine is created from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes from the winery’s vineyards. The fruit was harvested at an optimal level of ripeness and hand-selected at dawn. Then the grapes immediately underwent a process of separation and were frozen in the winery for three days under controlled conditions. After extraction, the grape juice was heated on an open natural fire fueled by olive wood and after fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels outdoors for a period of 12 months. 

Tasting Notes
This sweet red wine is made from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes and has a deep red-bordeaux color, and an aroma of raisins, cherries, plums, coffee beans, toasted oak, and dark-sweet chocolate. The wine has a full-bodied flavor, soft and complex with an impressive long-lasting pleasant finish.
