Description
Elima (with no added Sulfites)
A unique wine produced using an innovative, and groundbreaking method developed by Dr. Arcadi Papikian, an international expert in viticulture. In addition to the known benefits of red wine, this wine is made with no added sulfites (sulfur dioxide).
The wine undergoes a lengthy process for removing the grape skins, slow fermentation, and aging in French oak barrels. The name “Elima” represents the connection with the Elima College of Alternative Medicine in the Spirit of Judaism which is located on Or Haganuz Kibbutz.
Tasting Notes
Elima wine is produced with no addition of sulfites, and for this reason, it must be kept refrigerated before opening. And after opening the bottle, it is recommended to consume the wine within 24 hours.
