Hevron Heights-Eden-Dessert Wine | Badatz

Eden Quintessence 2007  

This is a sweet dessert wine in the ice wine style created from three types of grape, 70% sémillon, 20% sauvignon blanc, and 10% riesling.  

The wine is created from a unique process of freezing the grapes, followed by gentle internal squeezing. Then, each of the grape varietals undergoes a separate lengthy fermentation in small fermentation vats and are developed for 4-6 months. Each varietal is aged separately in French and Hungarian oak barrels for 30-36 months. Finally, the varietals are blended and bottled in 500ml bottles.

Bottles contain 500ml.
