Judean Heights Petite Verdot 2014
This wine is from a 10-year-old vineyard at an altitude of 350m in Givat Yeshayahu in the Adulam region.
The grapes were hand-harvested and the wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled in June 2016.
The wine has a rich and concentrated flavor with aromas of juicy pears and black cherries.
It is recommended to uncork the wine an hour before serving and pour the wine into a decanter.
Kosher. Kosher for Passover.
