Har Sinai Pisga wine is produced from 80% cabernet sauvignon, and 20% merlot, harvested exclusively from seven rows in the highest part (pisga) of a specific vineyard characterized by low yields and late ripening.  The combination of these conditions produces grapes of exceptional quality. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo a controlled cooling process for three days followed by a precise extraction process. After extraction the wine was heated on a natural fire, fuelled by olive wood. After the fermentation process, the wine was aged for 36 months in special French oak barrels made from ancient oak wood.

Tasting Notes
A premium sweet red dessert wine, produced from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes. It has a red-bordeaux color with hues of orange and delicate purple. The aroma of this wine is of dried fruit, black plums, and red raisins, cloves, and spicy chocolate. It is full-bodied, well rounded, soft to velvety, harmonious flavor with an impressive, unique, long-lasting and pleasant finish.
